The Kiryat Gat Magistrate's Court on Thursday extended by eight days the remand of twin brothers Naor and Adi Sodmi, suspected of choking seven-year-old Leon Kalnatrov to death last week. The court also sent the twins for a psychiatric evaluation to deem whether they are fit to stand trial. In recent days, police took DNA samples from the twins and compared them with forensic samples taken from Kalnatrov's body at the L. Greenberg Institute of Forensic Medicine at Abu Kabir.
