Mashaal: Two-state solution only with right of return

Hamas political bureau chief Khaled Mashaal said Monday that Hamas's willingness to establish a Palestinian state on the pre-1967 borders with east Jerusalem as its capital was a possibility only alongside the "right of return [for Palestinians to Israel] and the complete dismantling of the settlements."

Speaking to Sudanese Online in Khartoum, Mashaal said Hamas's position vis-a-vis relations with Israel is "nothing new."

"Hamas has a clear vision of Palestinian land and the non-recognition of Israel," Mashaal said.
