New law: No published photographs of sex-crime victims

Photographs may no longer be taken of either victims of sex crimes or those who file complaints of sexual harassment according to a new bill that passed its second and third readings in the Knesset Tuesday, Amry Radio reported.
The law, initiated by Likud MK Tizpi Hovotely states: "Even if the published photograph is blurred or censors the face of the victim, it can still infringe upon his or her right to privacy and dignity."
