The Palestinians said they have launched a boycott of Israeli products made in Jewish settlements in the West Bank.
It's the latest move in the Palestinian battle against settlements.
Palestinian Authority Economics Minister Hassan Abu Libdeh says the Western-backed Fatah government confiscated more than $1 million worth of products - including foods, cosmetics and hardware - and that the goal is to eliminate all settlement-made goods from Palestinian storeshelves next year.
PA President Mahmoud Abbas refuses to resume peace talks until Israel halts all construction in the West Bank and east Jerusalem - areas Palestinians claim for their future state.
The boycott will be a challenge since the Palestinian economy relies heavily on Israeli manufacturers for many basic items.
