Police arrest man suspected of pushing woman from 2nd story window

Tel Aviv Police arrested a 25-year-old man they suspect may have pushed a 47-year-old woman to her death from the second story of a building on Hagana street in south Tel Aviv.

The man was drunk when police came by the building to interview residents on Thursday morning, and while they initially suspected the fall was accidental, they said that contradictions in the man's story led them to believe that the woman was pushed to her death.

On Thursday afternoon, the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended the man's remand until July 28th.
