An explosion took place in a parked car Tuesday morning in Herzilya causing the the vehicle to go up in flames.
No injuries were reported.
The owner of the vehicle is known to police and has a long criminal record.
Police suspect that an explosives devise was placed in the car but at this stage the circumstances of the incident are not yet clear.
