MOSCOW - A blast at a mine in the Lugansk region of Ukraine killed at least 16 miners on Friday, Interfax reported, citing the country's Emergencies Ministry.Ten people were still unaccounted for.The explosion occurred at 1:57 a.m. local time, and two miners were hospitalized.
