Saudi prince wins libel suit against UK newspaper

Saudi Prince Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz al Saud won libel damages Wednesday against a British newspaper that accused him of telling police to shoot at unarmed protesters in Arab Spring demonstrations.
Independent Print Ltd told the London High Court that it had published the comments "in good faith," AFP reported, but acknowledged that the accusations were falsely based on an article originally written by the paper's Middle East correspondent Robert Fisk.
