Steinitz: Liberman is avoiding a 'Yediot Aharonot' report

"We provide health treatments for terrorists, why would we deny the PA president from it?" Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz said in an interview with Army Radio on Wednesday.

Steinitz claimed former defense minister Avigdor Liberman is avoiding the Yediot Aharonot report claiming the Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's life was saved by an Israeli doctor in May 2018. The two spoke with Army Radio on Wednesday.

"For an Israeli doctor to save the life of the PA president, there is no need for the defense minister's approval," Liberman had said on Army Radio before Steinitz's interview.
