Three explosions hit Syria's coastal Tartous city, cause casualties

BEIRUT - Three explosions hit the Syrian city of Tartous on the Mediterranean coast on Monday, causing an unknown number of casualties, the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The blasts took place shortly after at least two explosions hit Jableh, another coastal city further north, it said.
