Two explosions shake Damascus, state TV reports

BEIRUT - Two explosions shook the Syrian capital Damascus on Saturday, state television reported, and residents said one of the blasts occurred near a security building.
There were no immediate details of casualties from the explosions, which took place two days after the first anniversary of year-long uprising against President Bashar al-Assad. Dozens of people were killed in three bombings in Damascus in December and January.
