Two 15-year-old teens were arrested yesterday on suspicion of entering the courtyard of a building in southern Jerusalem and vandalizing an Israeli flag, the Israel Police reported.
The teens reportedly filmed their actions on their cellphones and then fled the area.
The two teenagers, from southern Jerusalem neighborhood Sur Baher were apprehended by police motorists.
