Two motorcycle riders were moderately injured in Jerusalem overnight Wednesday after colliding with a trash container pushed onto the road by haredi demonstrators.
The protesters were demonstrating against the arrest of several men who were detained Wednesday for trying to prevent an archaeological dig in Jaffa.
Police were at the scene and the two injured men were evacuated to hospital.
