US president: Preventing genocide is an achievable goal

US President Barack Obama said Monday that preventing genocide is an achievable goal.
Speaking at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, Obama said that "the killings in Cambodia, the killings in Rwanda, the killings in Bosnia, the killings in Darfur. They shock our conscience... Never again is a challenge to reject hatred in all its forms."
