iDigital, the official distributor of Apple products in Israel and Apple's premium partner (APP) in the country, announced a new service initiative aiming to set a new standard in the smartphone market: Purchasing an iPhone 16 through the network will include a two-year warranty—at no additional cost to the customer.
What does the warranty include?
As part of the campaign, every customer who purchases one of the iPhone 16 models at iDigital will receive an additional year of warranty beyond the standard one year, thus enjoying a full two-year warranty from iDigital. The warranty includes repair services at Apple’s official and authorized lab in Israel, with a commitment to original parts.
In case of malfunction, the device can be dropped off at any of iDigital’s 25 branches nationwide. Lab processing time is estimated at up to five business days, and at the company’s flagship APP branches, repair is guaranteed within just 48 hours. In addition, customers will receive a replacement device at no cost to maintain operational continuity. Furthermore, purchasing customers can turn to the network’s experts with any question or issue, even post-purchase, and receive personal and professional support in accordance with Apple’s standards.
Beyond the extended warranty, iDigital offers the option to pay in up to 24 interest-free installments, as well as an attractive trade-in deal, through which customers can receive up to NIS 3,420 for their old iPhone.
