For over 200 years, the Fattoria Il Moro winery in Tuscany has been producing high-quality wines from high-quality grapes grown using environmentally friendly methods. The vineyards adjacent to the winery cover an area of about 300 dunams, where local grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Vermentino, and Malvasia are grown, alongside international varieties such as Merlot, Syrah, and Chardonnay. The vineyards are located on hills that gently slope toward the Castro Valley. The winery's wines are now available in Israel through the Scottish Company, part of Yisraco.
