After months of rumors, leaks, and reports from around the world – now it’s official: Apple sent official invitations to journalists and announced that the announcement event will take place on Tuesday, September 9, at 20:00 (Israel time). As usual, the official invitation does not explicitly reveal which products will be presented, but is limited to a mysterious graphic teaser. This time the chosen slogan is “awe dropping,” which hints at extraordinary experiences and heightens the anticipation for the new flagship device series – the iPhone 17.

According to rumors, the iPhone 17 Pro models will come with a new and more durable design, including an aluminum frame and a newly designed rear camera module in the shape of a strip. All models in the series will receive A19 or A19 Pro chips, and the ProMotion feature is expected to become standard across all models.

A new model called iPhone 17 Air is expected to replace the Plus model, and it will be the thinnest and lightest iPhone Apple has ever produced. It will include a 6.6-inch display, an Apple-made C1 modem, and a single rear camera lens.

In addition to iPhones, Apple will also unveil the Apple Watch Series 11, the Apple Watch Ultra 3, and the Apple Watch SE 3 – for the first time in three years, all watch models will be updated simultaneously. Among the additional products that may appear: AirPods Pro 3 with a new design, a refreshed model of the HomePod mini, and an upgraded version of the Apple TV 4K.

Beyond hardware, Apple will also announce the launch dates of its new operating systems, including iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe, and more software updates that will arrive on existing devices.
