Ingredients:
4 potatoes, washed and cut into medium cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
For the pot:
2 cans of corn, drained
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 large white onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
½ cup water
Preparation:
1. Mix the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
2. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until golden.
3. Place olive oil and chopped onion in a pot and fry for about 5 minutes.
