A protein cookie is usually a compromise – a bit less tasty, a bit more functional. But the new collaboration between the Night Cookie chain and the protein brand All In is trying to go in the opposite direction: First a cookie, then protein. Recently, a limited-edition series of protein cookies was launched, with 15 grams of protein per cookie, aiming to appeal also to those looking for a treat – not just nutritional values.
Protein without an aftertaste
Behind the development is a combination of Night Cookie’s culinary precision and All In’s professional expertise. Each cookie contains 15 grams of high-quality whey protein, is based on allulose as a low-calorie sweetener, and incorporates premium chocolate without white sugar. The result is a cookie that manages to maintain a sense of indulgence, without bitterness or aftertastes that characterize quite a few high-protein products.
The series includes three flavors: Chocolate Chip Protein – the protein version of the classic cookie, with a balanced, soft bite (15 grams of protein, 245 calories); Triple Chocolate Protein – a pronounced chocolate depth for genre lovers (15 grams of protein, 245 calories); Red Velvet Protein – an iconic look and gentle sweetness (15 grams of protein, 243 calories).
