Essence Wines, Teperberg Winery
The veteran family winery continues to pour Israeli soil into our lives, and adds two new friends to its popular Essence series.
Essence Barbera 2023 by Teperberg is a dry white wine from grapes grown on the slopes of Judea and aged for 12 months in a French oak tank. It enjoys a floral envelope and a bright range, a delicate fruity aroma and a refreshing sip, and offers an additional aging period in the bottle, if you managed to hold back.
Essence Pinot Gris 2024 is also a dry white wine, based on grapes from vineyards on the slopes of the Judean Hills and in the Mateh Yehuda Hills, highlighting a golden color, a flavor profile that touches on pear and melon, and a very rich mineral sip.
