The war with Iran has not stopped Israel's top wineries from beginning to market their wines from the latest vintages in preparation for Passover.

Recanati Winery presents its 2024 Carmel Galilee Sauvignon Blanc and 2022 Lebanon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Atelier collection. The grapes come from vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights, at elevations between 750–840 meters above sea level. Recommended price: NIS 69. The 2022 Lebanon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Atelier collection comes from the Yiftach Vineyard in the Upper Galilee, at 600 meters above sea level. Recommended price: NIS 109.

Carmel Winery presents its 2025 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot from the Selected series, and a 2024 Shiraz from the Private Collection series. This is a dry red wine, composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, with a recommended price of NIS 31.90. The Selected series also includes a dry red Shiraz, priced at NIS 44.90 per bottle.

Barkan Winery proudly launches the premium ALLURE wine series. These are light, aromatic, and precise white wines with iconic design. The series includes four wines: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and an orange wine, sourced from the slopes of the Judean Hills and the Galilee. Prices: NIS 55–60 per bottle.

Tura Winery in Rechelim offers the Snow wine. The wine is produced from the Bracha Vineyard, located at an altitude of 850 meters, providing an optimal climate for growing quality wine grapes. It ferments for about two weeks at a temperature not exceeding 16°C. The grape composition is Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, and it is a dry white table wine. Consumer price: NIS 85.
