The Pro Cream ice cream series, led by Hadar Cohen and Noa Ram, highlights a beautiful protein presence (11.6–16.9 grams per 180 ml container, or 100 grams) and a moderate caloric presence (191–244 calories) relative to the genre, avoids the addition of white sugar, but mainly jumps at you with its sense of taste. While most products in these content worlds carry a noticeable aftertaste, here the prominent feeling is mainly ice cream, and the real taste of ice cream. Refreshing, isn’t it?
The collection includes flavors of deep and non-aggressive coffee macchiato, delicate hazelnut, sweet-salty pretzel, outstanding dark chocolate fudge, as well as a version of French vanilla with bourbon paste that settled on just the right sweetness.
