Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot, Carmel Wineries
The veteran Israeli winery – 140 harvest years, and there is no intention of stopping now, heaven forbid – has prepared for the holiday with family bottles as joyful as possible, at even more joyful prices.

Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot (NIS 31.90) from the Selected series is a dry red blend from the 2025 harvest intended for casual and relatively light pouring for the genre, with a fruity aroma and a refreshing sip. With it comes Shiraz (NIS 44.90) from the Private Collection series, a dry red wine from the 2024 harvest that was aged for eight months in oak barrels and emerged deep and rich, perfect for the well-known main courses of Passover.
