The latest Global Antisemitism Report highlights 125 new incidents of antisemitism monitored worldwide by the Antisemitism Research Center (ARC) by CAM during the past week.

Categorized by ideological motivation, 73.6% were Far-Left (92 incidents), 10.4% Islamist (13 incidents), 10.4% Far-Right (13 incidents), and 5.6% Unattributable (7 incidents).

Broken down by type, 80.8% were Anti-Israel/Anti-Zionism (101 incidents), 9.6% Classical Antisemitism (12 Incidents), 4.0% Islamist (5 incidents), 4.0% Holocaust Minimization/Denial (5 incidents), and 1.6% Unattributable (2 incidents).

In a shocking act of antisemitic vandalism, multiple mezuzahs were torn down last weekend from the doorways of Jewish residents of a Toronto retirement home.

Following this heinous desecration, CAM launched the #MezuzahChallenge, urging social media users of all faiths to post pictures of mezuzahs to show solidarity with the Jewish people and prove hate will not win.

Other incidents documented by the Antisemitism Research Center (ARC) by CAM across the globe this week included:

  • France: A 42-year-old nanny from Algeria is being prosecuted over allegations she attempted to poison a Jewish family she worked for in a Paris suburb.
  • Canada: A list of Toronto area Jewish institutions said to be linked to Canadian veterans of the IDF was published online by an anti-Israel activist.
  • United States: A group of students at Branham High School in San Jose, California, were photographed forming a Nazi swastika on a football field.

Florida Blacklists Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued an executive order on Monday designating the Muslim Brotherhood and Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as "foreign terrorist organizations," following a similar move by Texas Governor Greg Abbott last month.
