Cook linguine according to package directions, drain and transfer to a large serving bowl.2. Combine garlic, sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.3. Pour over linguine, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds.
