Al-Qaida calls for attacks on Western, Arab capitals to avenge Gaza op

A top Al-Qaida terror operative has called on the world's Muslims to carry out attacks in Western and Arab capitals to "avenge the Israeli offensive in Gaza."
Abu Yahia al-Libi, Al-Qaida's commander in Afghanistan, posted a video message on Web sites affiliated with the terror group, in which he blasted Western and Arab leaders for not condemning the Gaza operation and failing to stop it.
