Five US soldiers killed in Iraq

Five US soldiers were killed Saturday, including four who died when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb south of Baghdad, the US military said. A fifth soldier died of injuries suffered in a roadside bomb attack south of Baghdad, the US command said in a separate statement. It was unclear whether the soldier was fatally wounded in the same attack that killed the four others. The names of the dead were withheld until notification of their relatives, the military said.
