Italy death toll rises to 275

Italian authorities say rescuers have removed three bodies from a collapsed university dormitory, raising the death toll of the country's devastating earthquake to 275. The removal of the three bodies early Thursday effectively ends the search operation at the collapsed four-story dormitory. In all, seven students died in the dormitory in the devastated central Italian city of L'Aquila. Rescuers said they were searching elsewhere in the city for about 10 people still missing. Aftershocks continued to rattle survivors - nearly 18,000 of whom are living in tent camps around the stricken region. Another 10,000 have been put up in seaside hotels.
