A Muslim web site released a video on Sunday night with rare footage of al-Qaida leader Osama Bin-Laden meeting with senior members of the organization to plan the 9/11 attacks that were being commemorated on Monday.
The video, which was unusually long and of higher quality than past videos of the al-Qaida leader, also showed the perpetrators of the attack speaking their last words - with an English translation - in front of pictures of the Twin Towers collapsing.
