French FM: Iran's increased uranium enrichment efforts are "dangerous"

French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner says Iran's increased uranium enrichment efforts are "dangerous" and continued sanctions may be necessary against Tehran. Kouchner says Iran's announcement Tuesday that it is installing 6,000 new centrifuges is not surprising given that Iran has snubbed previous international efforts to halt its enrichment activities. But he calls it "dangerous" and expresses "worry and vigilance" about Iran's nuclear activities. He told a news conference in Paris that the international community "may have to continue on the road toward sanctions."
