Israel has not made a decision on applying its sovereignty to the West Bank, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar said on Sunday.

The issue, however, will be raised as part of possible response measures to continued attempts to promote a Palestinian state, he said, adding that there is ongoing internal dialogue on this, including with the Americans.

Israeli interests in Gaza purely security-related, Sa'ar says

The statement came during a briefing for Israeli ambassadors, during which he noted that Israel's interests in Gaza are purely security-related and that it has no intention of controlling the lives of Palestinians.

This is a developing story.
