O-Tech complex’s 3rd building receives permit

The 15-story building covers an area of 17,800 sq.m. and has three underground parking levels with an area of 12,800 sq.m.

A building permit was approved for the third building in the O-Tech hi-tech complex in Kfar Saba.
The 15-story building covers an area of 17,800 sq.m. and has three underground parking levels with an area of 12,800 sq.m. The construction of the building will cost NIS 200 million.
The O-Tech project – established by Oshira – is a new complex for hi-tech, biotech and international companies, which includes
three office buildings, a leisure center, entertainment and catering, with an area of more than 100,000 sq.m.
