Public Security Minister Avi Dichter warned Sunday that the Palestinian Authority was not taking sufficient steps against terror organizations.
During the weekly cabinet meeting, Dichter asserted that Tawfik Tirawi, head of the PA General Intelligence Service, was responsible for the murder of numerous civilians since the start of the Intifada by failing to combat terror.
