Cocaine, marijuana, and an alcohol level three times the legal limit was found in the blood of Yaron Bracha, the driver who caused a deadly car crash last week which killed six people.
"We are speaking of a man who can be classified as criminally negligent, who knew full well the danger he posed to himself and others," Traffic Police Superintendent for the Plains Yaacov Cohen said Sunday.
