Five people were arrested in Umm el-Fahm Tuesday morning in a riot that broke out over the expected arrival of far-Right activist Baruch Marzel, who was to serve as a polling station monitor.
Marzel's arrival was prevented by the police, which said that it had acted against the decision of the Central Elections Committee because it feared for Marzel's safety.
