FM discerns between killers of soldiers, civilians

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni asserted that a distinction ought to be made in the Israeli dialogue between attackers who target soldiers and attackers who kill civilians, saying that only the latter should be called terrorists. She told Israel Radio that, over the years, she had attempted to convince international officials to refrain from understating the gravity of terrorism or from labeling Palestinians who kill Israelis as "freedom fighters."
