Passers-by heard screaming, but found girl dead; no suspects arrested.

A girl, presumed to be in her 20's, was murdered Friday night after being stabbed to death on a street in Haifa.
According to reports, passer-bys heard screams and yells for help, but when they found the girl she was already dead.
Police were called to the scene and immediately started looking for suspects. As yet, no suspects have been arrested and no motive determined. Police said that the girl had suffered serious abuse prior to her death, Army Radio reported.
In another incident, a man was found seriously injured on a street in Carmiel. According to a report on Israel Radio, the man had deep rope burns on his body. He was evacuated to Rambam hospital in Haifa for treatment.
Police were investigating the incident.
