The High Court of Justice rejected a petition submitted by the Association of Civil Rights and five other human rights organizations demanding to open Gaza's crossings into Israel.
Chief Justice Dorit Beinish wrote in her court ruling that changes in the security situation have in turn brought about changes in the transfer of goods to the Gaza Strip, providing for a just solution to the security problem.
