MK Amir Peretz's deputy at the Histadrut, Shlomo Shani, was questioned under warning last week on suspicion he sexually assaulted a female worker at the Histadrut, which Peretz runs alongside his job as head of the Labor Party.
The woman filed a complaint with the Tel Aviv Police in February but Shani was not immediately questioned since the complaint was first sent for inspection to the National Police Headquarters in Jerusalem.
