IDF forces and Palestinian gunmen exchanged fire on the Israel-Gaza Strip border late Sunday night. Nobody was wounded in the clash, which began when a group of armed Palestinians fired anti-tank missiles at an IDF patrol in the area. Earlier, soldiers shot and moderately wounded a Palestinian man near the northern Gaza border fence, the army said. According to the IDF, the man approached the fence and soldiers fired warning shots in the air. He continued to advance and was subsequently shot by the troops. IDF medics gave the man initial treatment at the scene before evacuating him to a hospital in Israel.
