Israel set to release 199 Palestinian prisoners Monday

Israel is set to release 199 Palestinian prisoners on Monday, including two with "blood on their hands," as a goodwill gesture to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. The state has urged the High Court of Justice to reject a petition against the prisoner release filed by the Almagor Terror Victims Association.
