Israeli passenger who forced US plane diversion faces arraignment

A young Israeli man accused of rushing the cockpit of a Tel Aviv-bound Delta airliner on Friday, causing the air staff to divert the flight to Boston, faced arraignment on Monday.
Itay Atmor, 22 years old, was scheduled to be arraigned Monday on charges of interfering with a flight crew.
Massachusetts State Police said Atmor rushed the cockpit on Delta Air Lines Flight 86 from New York late Friday night and pounded on the door.
Passengers and crew helped subdued Atmor and he was arrested when the plane landed in Boston.
