President Moshe Katsav was expected to hand in his resignation to Knesset Speaker Dalia Itzik on Friday morning, after agreeing to a plea bargain in the case against him for alleged sexual crimes.
Katsav's primary accuser, A., expressed her disappointment on Thursday with the state's failure to put the president behind bars.
