Livni: Justice system undeterred by criticism

Foreign Minsiter Tzipi Livni voiced her support for the management of the justice system on Sunday evening, saying that based on her experience with those involved, there was "no doubt that they would not be deterred by criticism," Army Radio reported. Livni, who has lately been serving as acting justice minister, said that there was a sense among the public that there were two camps in the justice system. "Rebuilding public trust is everyone's job," she said. "There are no differing sides." The foreign minister made her comments at the Justice Ministry ceremony at which newly-appointed Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann took his post.
