A 59-year-old Kiryat Ono resident was arrested overnight Sunday on suspicion that he attacked his 30-year-old girlfriend.
The woman called the police, who arrived on the scene and arrested the man near his home.
The suspect was taken in for questioning, and his remand was extended for a day.
