Hamas leader-in-exile Khaled Mashaal said Saturday that kidnapped IDF Cpl. Gilad Shalit was in "good health" and "sent his love," Army Radio reported.
Mashaal on Saturday allowed a six-month grace period for talks with Israel, but threatened to unleash a third Palestinian uprising should talks fail.
