Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz has to realize that the plea bargain he offered former president Moshe Katsav was unrealistic and unreasonable, and shelve it, Meretz MK Ran Cohen said Wednesday following a decision by the High Court of Justice to demand the state justify the plea.
