Twelve people were injured when a minibus overturned near the Bilu junction outside Rehovot on Sunday afternoon.
It was the third incident of the day in which a van rolled over, leading to a total of 36 people injured in similar accidents.
Earlier in the day, one woman was killed and another was moderately injured in the south when a gas truck crushed their car.
Also on Sunday, a 55-year-old motorcyclist was critically injured when he collided with a truck at the Geha junction. The truck driver fled the scene, and the police were searching for information leading to his identification.
In yet another road accident on Sunday, a pedestrian was injured seriously when he was hit by a passing car in Kiryat Malachi.
Since the start of 2005, 453 people were killed on Israel's roads.
