Peres assures Olmert he has no plans to run for PM

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert met with Vice Premier Shimon Peres on Wednesday evening to discuss the upcoming presidential elections.
Peres, one of the candidates for the presidency, told Olmert at the meeting that contrary to media reports, he did not see himself running for prime minister.
Peres is expected to submit his candidacy for president within the next few days.
