Two small pipe bombs were found Tuesday on a main road to Jerusalem from the West Bank, police said.
The explosive devices, which were uncovered in the Tunnel Road that runs from Gush Etzion to southern Jerusalem, were safely neutralized by police sappers, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said.
The remnants of several firebombs were also found on the scene, he said.
There were no injuries or damage reported in the evening incident.
